We occupy the former National
Bank of New Jersey in New
Brunswick which was constructed
in 1857. The interior design of
the restaurant was a result of
numerous trips to New Orleans,
and countless hours of
conceptual, layout, and
architectural work. In 2004, the
interior of The Old Bay was
completely renovated with
additional bar seating and a
decor that reminds one of Mardi
Gras!
